The actor who plays Anders looks *a lot* like JB to me. I doubt that's on purpose

Actually, it's completely on purpose, I remember reading somewhere that they purposefully cast someone who looks like JB. And to top off the anvils, the guy is also a Captain (though in this case of a sports team) and they both have the initials L.A.!
