My geek roots are showing. Happy Samhain.
I need to get out more, apparently.

I copied the design from a BSG patch. The skin of the pumpkin is about an inch thick at most, so I won't have to carve too deep for the effect I want.

Partway into the design.

Ta-da! Only took me, what, three days? :P

Waiting on the porch for the trick-or-treaters (like they care, anyway).

The MONEY SHOT OMG.

Did you carve through the paper? I'm curious as to how you transferred the design. Or did you do it freehand.
It's really awesome. :D

And seriously, mad props on the lettering job. I've tried that before, and I know how time consuming it can be.
