I have to read that as Lee's jealous of Kara's relationship with his father, and of Baltar's relationship with Kara.

I thought it was refreshing to see such honesty. In other interviews I've read there seems to be a pretty close relationship between the cast, writers and TPTB.

That's right, and I think his and Katee's Starbuck and Apollo are the ones that will be remembered as the definitive characterizations.
