My other suspicion is that Six is the god she keeps talking about. I'm not sure why, but she strikes me as the spider on the web.

I had briefly flirted with that idea, but she always sounds so *sincere* when she's talking about god. But maybe it's not the Six that Baltar sees, but the very 1st Six. Or the one (person? program?) that created her and the rest.
