That prospect disturbs me greatly. Tigh's not my favorite, but I could deal with him as long as there was some balance. He's shown a lot of derision for Roslin and he has a wife who's power hungry and able to pull his strings. Tigh and Baltar in combination is the worst thing imaginable to me.
As I was watching Colonial Day, I was wondering about Tom Zarek. He says he didn't kill Valence. One wonders if Ellen Tigh was responsible, at Zarek's behest. In that case, Zarek could use his knowledge to muscle his way into power, via blackmail or maybe by releasing his suspicions to the public.
I'll just have to pray for Adama's speedy recovery.
