Another thing that's been nagging at me, more because of Boomer's rather than Six's behavior, is whether the cylons have outsmarted themselves much like the humans did with them. Were the cylons so successful in creating human-like models that they've lost control over them?
Interesting! I hadn't thought of that, but it certainly does look like it could be that way. I wonder if there's a statement in there (maybe unintentional?) to the effect that sufficiently high technology will always "get away" from its makers in the end. That seems a common--and understandable--fear in our culture right now. It will be fascinating to see how all this plays out in the series. Thanks for the insights!
