Wowee, the Peabody's are one of the most prestigious tv/radio/whatnot awards around. Very cool.

This has probably already been asked before, but what is the picture that I always see on the wall? It looks like it is some man kneeling in front of a city-scape. In one of the episodes, before they went into battle, when everyone was leaving the room they all touched the picture and I think they said something like, "Never forget".
