Another theory which I posted in my journal yesterday.

My theory is that this latest episode is the new BSG's re-imagining of the old BG's "The War of the Gods" (I loved that episode!)

Starbuck's cockpit was filled with light, right? She's just been picked up by the Ship of Lights (or a new version) just as were all the Viper pilots in TWotG. She'll be back... and not necessarily as a Cylon, but possibly as a slightly more-at-peace destiny-filler. She will still be her old self but perhaps a little calmer and in control and with a new understanding of who she is.

Of course, I'm not discounting the Final Five...
