Them acting like siblings makes total sense in the show, seeing as Starbuck was engaged to Apollo's brother. I think there is chemistry there (see: power play/argument about Starbuck taking her stims), but they're both fighting the chemistry BECAUSE Starbuck was almost married to Apollo's brother.
